Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Cost is calculated at checkout, based on your destination.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 48 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

When does my film expire?

As of November 2022, all 35mm styles arrive with their expiration date printed on the roll. If you purchased film from us earlier that year, the expiration date is mid-late 2024!

I'm in NYC. Can I pick up my order?

While we don't offer pick up on web orders, we recommend visiting a New York photo shop that carries our film.

If I don't like my order, can I return it for a refund?

While there are no hard feelings (we understand that novelty film stocks offer excitement for some and are off putting for others) all sales are final, as each item is lovingly made to order.
